Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Enrollment & Payment

All enrollments are considered confirmed once the payment is successfully processed. The student will receive a payment receipt and course confirmation via email or SMS.

2. Cancellation Policy

Students may request to cancel their enrollment within 48 hours of registration if they have not attended any classes or accessed course materials. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• If the class or course is cancelled by Vedanta Computer Classes.
• If the student has been enrolled by mistake in the wrong batch (due to administrative error).
• In case of technical payment failure resulting in duplicate transactions.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

• Once the student has attended one or more classes.
• Failure to attend classes without prior notice.
• Discontinuation of the course midway due to personal reasons.
• Violation of class rules or disciplinary actions.

5. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after the request approval. The amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway or transaction processing fees (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Course Transfer

In certain cases, instead of a refund, students may opt to transfer their fee towards another course offered by Vedanta Computer Classes, subject to administrative approval.

Vedanta Computer Classes reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
