At Vedanta Computer Classes, we aim to provide quality education and complete student satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested and processed.
All enrollments are considered confirmed once the payment is successfully processed. The student will receive a payment receipt and course confirmation via email or SMS.
Students may request to cancel their enrollment within 48 hours of registration if they have not attended any classes or accessed course materials. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for cancellation.
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
No refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
If eligible, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after the request approval. The amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
Payment gateway or transaction processing fees (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
In certain cases, instead of a refund, students may opt to transfer their fee towards another course offered by Vedanta Computer Classes, subject to administrative approval.
All refund or cancellation requests should be sent in writing to info@vfpatna.com with relevant payment details and reason for the request.
Vedanta Computer Classes reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
