Refund Policy

At Vedanta Computer Training Institute, we value our students and strive to deliver the best possible learning experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which fees may be refunded or courses cancelled. By enrolling in our programmes, you agree to the following terms:

1. Course Fees

• All course fees must be paid in full at the time of admission unless an installment plan has been approved.

• Fees are non-transferable to another person or programme.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• If a course is cancelled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of fees paid.

• If a student withdraws before the start of the course, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative charges.

• Once classes have commenced, no refund will be provided for withdrawal or discontinuation by the student.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration/Admission fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Fees paid for study material, exams, or certification are also non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Institute

The institute reserves the right to:

• Cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or other unavoidable reasons.

• In such cases, students may opt for a full refund or enroll in an alternative course offered by the institute.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment.

• Students must submit a written request with valid proof of enrollment and payment details to claim a refund.

6. Online Courses

• Fees paid for online courses, workshops, or digital study material are non-refundable once access/login credentials have been shared.
